Total Divas recruited her in September of 2013 in a seven-on-7 tag-team elimination game between True Divas and Total Divas. Mendes won the match. The biggest win came during Feb. 2014's Elimination Chamber episode where she defeated AJ Lee and won the Divas Champion title. The next week, she faced another match against Lee however she was unable to keep the title. Afterward, Ariana faced Lee for the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational title Which was also won by Lee. In July of 2014, she was accompanied by Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes and Summer Rae against Nikki Bella in a handicap six-on-one match but only showed up to attack Naomi and Nikki. In the following week, she played Naomi in the Battleground occasion prior to the main event. Ariana took the win. The result was that they started competing. As of the summer of 2010 the two wrestlers competed against one with each other in a variety of singles and handicap events as well as tag team battles. Throughout the summer of, Ariana competed with other wrestling stars Alicia Fox Paige Bella Twins and Asuka.
